In today's economy with the budgets of our public schools being cut, it is the art programs that are usually the first on the chopping block of fiscal saving. Understanding the reality, Todd White created The Todd White Art Project with the mission to provide art supplies to eager young public school students who may not have the access to the most basic creative materials.
